*Holds Conversations On Efforts Of Nigerian Embassy To Improve Welfare Of Nigerians In Thailand

The Chief Judge of Osun State, Honourable Justice Oyebola Adepele Ojo recently paid a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Ambassador to Thailand, H.E Oma Djebah.

The visit was part of activities in the ongoing retreat for the Honourable Judges and Magistrates of the Osun State Judiciary in Thailand.

During the visit, they had conversations bordering on the effort the mission is making in ensuring our citizens going through the justice system in Thailand get justice, the general welfare of our citizens and the steps made towards improving trade relations between Nigerian and Thailand.

The mission was able to enlighten the delegation on their efforts in ensuring every Nigerian gets justice by providing the necessary support such as contacts with their respective families, immediate notification of the embassy once an arrest is made amongst others.

Only recently the Nigerian Ambassador visited all prisons in Thailand to engage with Nigerian inmates to understanding challenges they might be going through during their trials.

The embassy also mentioned efforts being made towards the general welfare of our citizens including the steps towards bolstering trades between Nigeria and Thailand.

In the meeting we had the Nigerian Ambassador to Thailand, Mohammed Haidara- Minister consul, Consular, Mrs Sonari-First Secretary to the mission while on the delegation of the Hon chief Judges was: Hon Justice Dr Adeyinka Aderibigbe, Hon Justice Olusegun Agboola, Ayo Quadri, Seun Quadri of Funmi Quadri SAN & Co.
