The Oyo State Judiciary has released a 2022 posting for High Court Judges as the Court resumes new legal year after vacation.

In a letter sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer, dated 6th September and signed by the Chief Judge of Oyo State, Hon. Justice M. L Abimbola, the 27 Judges of the State’s High Court were assigned to preside over matters at different divisions and different courts. This posting was to take effect on the 13th of September, 2022 which was the beginning of the new legal year.

Furthermore, the Chief Judge noted that Judges who served as vacation judges would not resume 13th, September, 2022 but proceed on their own vacation, and resume after in their new postings.

The circular reads:
