*New Postings To Take Immediate Effect, Chief Registrar Directed To Facilitate Movement

The Chief Judge of High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf has directed to posting of 26 Judges under the Court to various jurisdictions within the Territory.
In a letter dated 5th of May of 2022, titled “POSTING OF THE HONOURABLE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT OF THE FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY” personally signed by the Honourable Chief Judge, the Court numbers, locations, and descriptions of the new posting was outlined.
Locations covered by the new posting include Lugbe, Court 1 Kuje, Zuba, Court 1 Gwagalada, Kubwa, Gudu, Court 1 Jikwoyi, Kwali, Bwari, Life Camp, Kubwa, Court 3 Gwagalada, Court 2 Jikwoyi, Zone 2 Wuse-Abuja, Court 2 Life Camp, Court 1 Apo, Court 2 Kuje, Court 4 Gwagalada, Court 2 Apo, Court 3 Jikwoyi, Court 4 Jikwoyi, Court 3 Apo, Court 5 Gwagalada, High Court, Jabi, Zone 2 and Court 4 Apo.
In the letter sighted by TheNigeriaLawyer, the Honourable Chief Judge also directed that the postings are to take effect immediately and Chief Registrar is to facilitate the movement of the Judges.
