Gwagwalada Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association has condoled with the Executive officers and members of the NBA Abuja Branch over the demise of her Chairperson, Dr Hauwa Evelyn Shekarau.

Dr. Shekarau, was said to have died on Wednesday, after a brief illness.
NBA Gwagwalada Branch, in its condolence message to the bereaved branch dated 15th September, signed by both the chairman, Isah Abubakar Aliyu, and Secretary, Akachukwu. A. Nwoye stated that there are no words that can express how shocked and disheartened they were when the news about the death of Dr. (Mrs.) Hauwa Evelyn Shekarau was announced.
“With total resignation to the will of the almighty, we urge the family, the Unity Bar and the entire Bar to accept this as the Divine will and her transition to eternal glory.
‘During this difficult moment, our thoughts and prayers are always with you.
“Please we urge you all to be strong in these tough moments for the Bar. We love and sympathize with you, the Unity Bar and her family,” the message stated.
