The Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria, BOSAN, has announced the death of one of its members, Mr. Faye Dikio, SAN.
BOSAN, in a statement made available to TheNigeriaLawyer signed by its Secretary, Seyi Sowewimo, SAN, said the deceased died on Monday 30th of August and is survived by his wife and children
He said, “The BOSAN Secretariat wishes to announce the demise of Mr. Faye Dikio SAN who died on Monday 30th of August, 2021.
“The late Mr. Faye Dikio was born on the 23rd of November, 1952 (68+ years old) in Buguma at Asari-Toru LGA, Rivers State.
“He attended the University of Lagos where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws in 1979 and was called into the Nigerian Bar in 1980. In 2011, he was conferred with the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
“Late Mr. Faye Dikio is survived by his wife and children.”
Sowewimo further explained that BOSAN will release details of funeral arrangements as soon as they get it from the family of the deceased.
“Further information on the funeral arrangements of our departed colleague will be communicated as soon as we receive the details from the family.
“May the soul of Faye Dikio SAN and the souls of other faithful departed Rest in Peace. Amen” Sowewimo said
