Sanusi Fadunhu, Esq., has declined an appointment as member of the States Conveners Committee set up by the New Nigerian Bar Association (NNBA)

Fadunhu, while reacting to the appointment, said he is still a bonafide member of NBA.

“My name is Sunusi Lawan Fandubu Esq. Not Sanusi Fanduhu. I belong to Nigerian Bar Association (NBA.) I have no business howsoever with any New NBA. I, therefore, reject any appointment from any association and I want general public and my Association (NBA) To take note.”

“I disassociate my self from any movement to create a new NBA I’m still a bonafide NBA member. I vehemently rejected the appointment” Fadunhu’s said

TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL) recalls that the New NBA announced the constitution of 4 Committees, namely, Constitution Drafting Committee, Publicity Committee, Membership Registration Committee and States Conveners Committee

Sanusi Fadunhu was named as a member of the States Conveners Committee. Others were N. Chukwudebelu, Esq., Adamu Abdullahi, Esq. and Muhammad Ishaq, Esq.
