With almost three weeks gone after Olumide Akpata’s landmark victory at the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) elections, the President-Elect has received goodwill and show of support from various leading lawyers, and national leaders; traditional and political.

In a significant show of support earlier today, Nigeria’s foremost legal luminary and Chancellor of Afe Babalola University, Aare Afe Babalola CON, OFR, SAN today received Olumide Akpata, Esq. NBA President-Elect at his hometown in Ekiti State.

The President-Elect was received at the Afe Babalola University in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, where he and the Chief Learned Silk engaged in discussions around various subjects, including the future of the Bar.
