He is humility personified with a towering figure in physique and the legal profession. Having worked closely with him, I can say without equivocation that in a world where people easily show off their titles and achievements in life, he lives above board and treats everyone he comes across with kindness and respect.
Acient Greek Philosopher, Socrates once said; “Under the guidance of a strong general, there will never be weak soldiers”. Arthur Obi Okafor is that strong leader who makes us capable team players. A man with a heart of gold, teacher, mentor and senior friend, he is an undisputed example of determination and courage for everyone.
To know him is to love him, as working with him on a project, exposes one to a perfect guider who helps you experience pleasure, not pressure, corrects you kindly and stands solidly by you every step of the way like a good friend who will not spare his time, personal resources and intellect to make one succeed.
Today, I join his friends, associates and colleagues to celebrate this colossus, the gentle giant himself, Chief Arthur Obi Okafor, SAN as he marks his special day today. My prayers for him is that the Almighty keeps him happy and healthy so that he can always continue to lead us!
