The Technical Committee for Conference Planning (TCCP), the body saddled with the responsibility of organizing the 2019 Annual General Conference (AGC) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Whig is scheduled to hold in Lagos from 23 August 2019 to 29 August 2019, has announced that the Conference would be kickstarted with Muslim Jumaa’at Prayers.

Announcing this to the public, the Chairman of the Local Organising Committee (a subcommittee of the TCCP), Mr Chuka Ikwuazom stated that the Jumaa’at Prayers would hold at the Lagos Central Mosque located at Lagos Island.

The Juma’at prayer which is to be held at the Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference 2019, has been fixed for the 23rd day of August, 2019. This was made known to TNL via a flyer with the AGC’s theme.

According to the flyer sighted by TheNigerialawyer (TNL), the prayer is to start at 1:00 pm at the Lagos Central Mosque, Nigeria.

There will be no need to worry about provision for transportation as buses will be stationed at the Lagos City Hall, also within Lagos Island as well as at the NBA Ikeja Branch Secretariat, from 12:00 noon, to convey Conference delegates to the mosque, for the prayers.
