Nigerian Bar Association has released the proposed organizational structure of the Association.

TheNigerialawyer Recall the President of NBA, Paul Usoro SAN, had at the beginning of his tenure proposed for the restructuring of NBA which was approved by the NEC on the 28th March 2019 at the NEC meeting.

In the proposed Organogram services of Outside In HR whose services were engaged for the restructuring has proposed the following 

Recruiting of Competent: Executive Director, Divisional Head, Secretariat Service.

HR Manager, ITManager/Database Administrator, and Finance/AccountsManager and many others.

They suggested that the proposed organizational structure for the Nigeria Bar Association contains key success factors under which the proposed organogram will succeed.
