NBA-AGC 2019: HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.

DISCLAIMER

This is to inform all registered and prospective delegates that the NBA-AGC Technical Committee on Conference Planning is in advanced negotiation with various hotels in Victoria Island, Ikoyi and other areas in Lagos with a view to ensuring that delegates are able to get hotel accommodations that will be comfortable and pocket-friendly.

TCCP-LOC has received fantastic offers from various hotels for different categories of rooms. The Local Organising Sub Committee of TCCP is finalizing the arrangements. In the next few days, the list of the NBA-partner hotels will be uploaded on the AGC website for delegates to make their bookings.

Delegates are ADVISED to apply discretion when making hotel bookings. TCCP has not authorized, endorsed or contracted any agency or person to undertake the responsibility of sourcing hotel accommodation for delegates.

Therefore, TCCP completely dissociates itself from any advertisement made by any agency or person requesting delegates to make their hotel bookings through them or give any assurance of being able to make such bookings.

Also, TCCP advises delegates that it has not authorised such agency or persons to use the 2019 NBA AGC Conference logo.

TCCP assures delegates that it will continue to ensure that members’ security and welfare are guaranteed during the conference.

Kunle Edun Chairman,
Sub Committee on Media and Publicity.
