In a notice signed by the NBA President, and the General Secretary, Jonathan Gunu Taidi, Esq., the NEC resolved among others that the independence of the judiciary and legal profession has been threatened.
The NEC voiced its worries over the attacks on the rule of law, and the state of insecurity in the nation.
