Onah, 40, was charged alongside Bode Thomas, 56, an engineer. Both are facing a four-count charge of conspiracy, malicious damage, forcible entry and threat of violence. The defendants were docked before Magistrate Folashade Botoku. The prosecutor, Inspector Haruna Ibrahim, told the court that the defendants and others still at large, conspired among themselves to commit the offences. However, the duo denied the charges.
