The Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference Planning Committee (AGCPC) is pleased to inform all Distinguished Chairmen of NBA branches about the forthcoming 1st distribution of conference bags.

This distribution is scheduled to take place from 10am to 4pm on Thursday, August 17th, and Friday, August 18th, 2023, at the NBA National Secretariat.

Distribution Details: The AGCPC is excited to commence the distribution of conference bags, a vital component of the upcoming annual general conference. This distribution phase is specifically targeted at branches located within the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as well as those in Nasarawa, Kogi, Kaduna, and Niger States.

Collection Process: It is important to note that this first distribution phase is designated solely for group collections by the aforementioned branches. Individual members of the branches are not eligible for collection during this initial distribution.

Requirements for Collection: To ensure an organized and seamless distribution process, the AGCPC has established specific requirements for the collection of conference bags:

  1. Letter of Authority: In cases where the Branch Chairman is not able to collect the bags in person, a formal letter of authority is mandatory. This letter should clearly state the name and contact details of the authorized collecting party.
  2. Valid Photo Identification: The collecting party must present a valid means of photo identification to facilitate the collection process.
