The Lawyers in Business Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme has announced that a plot belonging to Sir Lawrence Nwaketi, Esq., a past chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Owerri Branch, has been built to damp-proof course level and is ready for construction into flats for tenants at its Abuja estate.

The scheme, which is located within an FCDA-allocated estate in Abuja, said the development is part of its effort to encourage lawyers and other investors to take advantage of real estate opportunities in the Federal Capital Territory.

In a notice issued by Chief Silas Agbara, Esq., Senior Associate at M. I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Secretary of the NBA Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, interested persons were invited to inspect available plots at the estate.

According to the notice, the inspection will hold on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm, and will continue on Friday, June 19, Saturday, June 20, and Sunday, June 21, 2026, within the same time frame.

The scheme said only a few plots are left under its ₦1m discount promo, urging lawyers, non-lawyers, Abuja residents and those in the diaspora to take advantage of the offer.

It also stated that buyers who are not resident in Abuja may build their plots into flats or self-contained apartments, adding that tenants are already available for such properties.

The organisers said the initiative is aimed at helping lawyers develop alternative income streams while also providing accommodation for junior lawyers and staff.

“Dear Senior, please pick a plot. We will help you construct it internally into flats/self-contained rooms for your staff, while maintaining the exterior design approved by the FCDA Development Control,” the notice stated.

“This will ease the suffering of juniors and create alternative income stream for you,” it added.

The scheme further disclosed that facilitators can earn a minimum of ₦1.2m, representing five per cent, for referring interested buyers.

It described Abuja real estate as one of the surest proven ways to build wealth, adding that the project is open to both lawyers and non-lawyers.

The meeting point and temporary entrance to the estate is through VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

Interested persons were asked to contact the organisers through 08060266163 or 08050489622 for further enquiries.
