*Congratulates Branch On Successful Hosting Of 2022 Law Week
*Says Recommendations Will Expedite Actualization of Social Justice in Nigeria

The Chairman of the NBA Welfare Committee, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau SAN has congratulated the leadership and members of the Ile-Ife branch led by Mrs. Temitope Olajolo on the success of its just concluded 2022 Law Week.

In his congratulatory message, Maikyau noted that it is refreshing that the elite list of speakers and resource persons did justice to the theme of the Law Week – “Exploring the Law as a Catalyst Towards a Truly Federal State”.

He further noted his enthusiasm that the recommendations from the opinions of speakers on the theme will expedite the process of bringing social justice and will greatly enhance the actualisation of a true federal state.

The statement reads in full:

I felicitate with the Executive Committee of the NBA, Ile Ife Bar, ably led by Mrs. Temitope Olajolo and the entire members of the Branch on the success of the just concluded 2022 Law Week.

It is refreshing that the elite list of speakers and resource persons did justice to the theme of the Law Week- “Exploring the Law as a Catalyst Towards a Truly Federal State.”

I am upbeat that the robust cross-fertilization of opinions on the theme and the attendant recommendations will not only aid in expediting the process of bringing about social justice that we all earnestly yearn for, but will greatly enhance the actualization of a truly federal state that will greatly impact on the nation and its people.
