*Interpol Report Validates Chat Conversations

The ongoing dispute between Kelvin Uyi Martins and Sandra Palmer Agho, concerning the custody of their child, Johannes Owen Martins, has taken a new twist with WhatsApp chat evidence shedding light on the nature of their arrangement. These messages, retrieved from Kelvin’s deceased wife’s phone, reveal that Sandra Palmer Agho willingly agreed to the travel of their child to Denmark, where Kelvin resides.

The chat messages, which were directly released by Kelvin, present clear and coherent evidence of Sandra’s awareness of Kelvin’s marriage to his late wife, Mina, at the time she became pregnant with Johannes. Moreover, the messages indicate that Sandra provided her consent for the child to travel to Denmark. Notably, the WhatsApp chat records conversations between Sandra and Kelvin’s late wife, Mina, discussing various matters, including arrangements for Johannes’ travel to Denmark.

One of the chat screenshots obtained shows messages sent by Sandra, which read: “My Dear, am only trying to help u. This child will take care of u when Kelvin is not home, so?” “U can keep it there, so that when I send him to u, then u can use it there for him.”

These chat records offer a comprehensive perspective on the situation, corroborating the findings of both Danish and Nigerian Interpol reports. The evidence supports the conclusion that Johannes was taken to Denmark with Sandra’s full legal consent.

To eliminate any doubts, the Nigerian Interpol Report, referring to the Danish Interpol investigation, can be summarized as follows:

An International Criminal Police Organization Report dated 27th June 2022, with Reference No. AB: 4099/x/ICPOL/LOS/VCP/3142, signed by Deputy Commissioner of Police IINTERPOL at the time, DCP Martin Nwogoh psc, mnips, confirms the truth behind the case involving Sandra Palmer Agho and Kelvin Martins over their child. The report effectively contradicts Sandra Palmer Agho’s media-covered accusations.

The report was a response to a petition filed by Sandra’s lawyer, Obasuyi & Obasuyi, dated 22nd June 2022, titled “CASE OF ABDUCTION, THREAT TO LIFE AND CONDUCT LIKELY TO CAUSE BREACH OF THE PEACE AGAINST ONE KELVIN UYI MARTIN.” This petition, addressed to the police, alleged Kelvin of abduction, threats to life, and potential breach of peace.

The report asserts: “That Johannes Owen Martins is confirmed to be registered in the Danish police system as a child of Sandra Palmer Agho (mother) and Kelvin Uyi Martins (Father).”

The investigation also revealed that Kelvin Uyi Martins admitted to having had a relationship with Sandra Palmer Agho in Nigeria while on vacation, resulting in the birth of Johannes Owen Martins in 2019. The report further states that Sandra handed over custody of Johannes to Kelvin and requested his travel to Denmark. Sandra was offered opportunities to visit Johannes in Denmark, but she declined.

Additionally, the report confirms the DNA test linking Johannes Owen Martins as the son of Kelvin Uyi Martins and Sandra Palmer Agho. The Danish authorities also verified Johannes’ well-being, academic progress, and his active communication with both parents.

The report underscores the fact that the apartment where Johannes and Kelvin reside exhibits no signs of dissatisfaction, and that Kelvin Uyi Martins is married in Denmark, a fact Sandra was aware of. Despite these clear facts, Sandra declined to visit Denmark even when his wife, Afhane (Mina), fell ill and subsequently passed away.

The INTERPOL Danish Branch prepared the original report in Danish, which was then translated into English, maintaining the high standards of investigation that INTERPOL is known for across its member nations.
