The Funeral Committee of Late Hon. Justice Sylvester Nwali Ngwuta CFR, has slated dates for the valedictory session of the late Supreme court Justice.

This was contained in a letter dated 27th March, signed by the coordinator of the committee, Chief Kanu G. Agabi (CON) SAN, sighted by THENIGERIALAWYER.

In the letter, the committee extended an invitation to Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and Judges to participate in the Funeral of the Late Hon. Justice Ngwuta CFR, of the Supreme Court, who died on March 7 2021 as a serving Justice of the Supreme Court.

The funeral arrangements as contained in the letter of invitation are scheduled as follows:
APRIL 22, 2021
Valedictory Session at the Supreme Court at 10 am.

APRIL 28, 2021
Night of tributes to be paid at Abakaliki under the auspices of the government of Ebonyi State.

APRIL 29, 2021
Court Session at the Ebonyi State High, Abakaliki to be presided over by the Chief Judge of Ebonyi State at 10 am.
