*Competition open to All Law Students in Nigeria as Deadline for Entry Set for Oct. 31st, 2022
The Law Students Society (LSS) of the Faculty of Law, Osun State University under the administration under the leadership of the Hallmark Regime 2022/2023 has announced that it would be holding the maiden edition of Jacob Sule Esq National Human Rights Essay Competition.
According to the notice, the competition requires that students write on the topic: Rule of Law and The Enforcement of Human Rights in Nigeria: A Critique of the Norm and Addressing of the Norm and Addressing The Impediments. The competition is held in honor of Jacob Sule, who is Robert F. Kennedy Fellow and Founder, Read to Live Initiative.
According to the notice, the competition is opened to all Law Students across the Federation with the Promiss of N100,000 cash price for the winner, N70,000 for the first runner up and N30,000 for the second runner up.
The guidelines of the competition as provided in the notice include thus:
1. The essay must be written in English.
2. Entries must be between 1500-2000 words (bibliography and reference)excluded.
3. Entries should be prepared in font 12 Times New Roman with double line spacing.
4. Entries should be in PDF format only.
5. Entries should be submitted along with a scanned copy of participant’s school ID means of identification
6. Plagiarism will result to disqualification of entry.
7. Submission received after the deadline will not be considered.
8. All entries should be submitted to Uniosunessay3080@gmail.com
9. Details of entrance should include Name, Level, Email Address and Phone Number.
