The election of Munir Dan’Agundi, a member representing Kumbotso Federal Constituency on the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC, has been set aside by the Election Petition Tribunal in Kano.

Umar Ballah of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, had filed a petition challenging the election of Mr Dan’Agundi for failure to score the majority of lawful votes cast.
