Candidate for the office of General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Nnaebuka Onyebuchi Nwaeze, has called for continuity, collaboration and shared commitment in strengthening reforms within the NBA Secretariat.

In a campaign message titled “Stronger Together,” Nwaeze said progress in any institution is built through unity, teamwork and sustained commitment to reforms already initiated.

He said the ongoing reforms within the NBA provide a strong foundation for institutional growth and should be deepened to become part of the daily operations of the Secretariat.

According to him, collaboration strengthens institutions, while unity creates the momentum needed for meaningful progress.

“The reforms already initiated within the NBA provide a strong foundation. Our responsibility is to build on that foundation, strengthen our institutions, and advance the progress we all seek,” he said.

Nwaeze urged members of the Association to support his candidacy for NBA General Secretary, saying his vision is anchored on building stronger institutional systems through continuity and collective effort.

He added that lawyers must work together to sustain reform, improve the Secretariat and move the Bar forward.

“Together, we are stronger,” he said.
