After a series of careful screenings, Tobenna Erojikwe has been declared fit and proper to run for the position of the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in the elections scheduled for July 2024.

The Electoral Committee of the NBA made this known in a communique dated 3 May 2024.
Having cleared this stage, Tobenna is one step closer to taking over the helms of affairs of the NBA and, by extension, bringing to life the various laudable plans and projects he has for the association.
Tobenna who has a wealth of experience spanning almost two decades across two jurisdictions, is a consummate Bar man and has served in various capacities within the NBA producing tangible results in the process. He currently serves as the Chairman of the NBA Institute of Continuing Legal Education where his achievements have been roundly praised as pacesetting.
A close associate of Tobenna said, “While we await the lifting of the ban on campaigns when we can officially roll out plans and projects, we will, in the meantime, continue to engage stakeholders to discuss pain points and further consolidate our plans to advance the NBA agenda”
