With just six days remaining before a significant price increment in the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme, prospective investors and homebuyers are rushing to take advantage of the current rates.

The estate, located beneath the Galadimawa Hills, is already built-up and livable. Additionally, the expressway leading to the estate—flagged off by the FCT Minister on December 5, 2024—is expected to be completed within six months.
