Big Brother Naija housemate, Faith, has been disqualified from the reality show following a physical altercation with fellow contestant, Sultana, during a skincare task rehearsal on Thursday evening.
Before his disqualification, Faith had reportedly considered a voluntary exit from the house, describing the show as “a waste of time.”
The incident occurred just days before the much-anticipated grand finale, sparking mixed reactions from housemates and viewers across social media. His exit marks yet another case of disqualification in the show’s history for rule violations.
Faith’s removal adds to a growing list of controversial exits from previous seasons. In 2019, Tacha was disqualified after a clash with eventual winner, Mercy, who herself received multiple strikes. Erica’s dramatic exit in 2020 followed repeated confrontations, while Beauty Tukura was disqualified from the Level Up season in 2022 after several offences.
The organisers have yet to release an official statement detailing the specific rule Faith violated, though the show’s guidelines strictly prohibit physical aggression of any kind.
