Chukwuemeka Aloysius Mbamala is a native of Edenta Awo-Idemili in Orsu Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria.
The foundational period of his education, which he considers to be primary and secondary school, were significantly influenced by his father and the stress he put on the importance of education.
Mbamala, proceeded to study law after his secondary education, at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (Esut) and obtained LLB,(Hon’s.).
His time as a law student at Esut, really exposed him to the value of critical and analytical thinking, as well as the importance of looking at different perspectives in leadership.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in May, 2007. After the national youth service in Asaba, Delta State of Nigeria, he joined the Chambers of D.U Okorowo & Co now Justice D.U Okorowo of the Federal High Court Abuja where he learnt the rudiments of law practice.
In 2011, he joined the Chambers of his elder brother Arthur Mbamala & Co, a commercial litigation and Consultancy Firm and became a Managing Partner till date.
To broaden his knowledge of law, he has under gone some capacity building program/seminars which includes Alternative to Dispute Resolutions ADR, institute of chartered mediators and conciliators (ICMC) . He has attended conference and seminars. He attended a 4 day workshop in UK, organized by NBA/BAR Society of England and Wales in 2018.
He is a passionate member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a committed member of my branch, the Nigerian Bar Association Enugu Branch known as (SECONDUS NULUS). As he got involved in Bar activities, this turned into a greater personal interest to me to serve.
He has indeed served the Bar in different capacities meritoriously both at the branch and at the National Level which includes:

3. Publicity secretary Enugu Bar 2012-2014
4. Nba election monitoring team 2011
5. NBA/AGC Rapporteur (Calabar) 2013

8. Enugu State Justice reform team 2012-2014
9. National Assistant Publicity Secretary NBA 2016-2018
10. NEC Member 2016-2018
Currently, he is a member of the Eastern Bar Forum Ebf, International Bar Association (IBA) Pan African Lawyers Union (Palu) and African Bar Association (ABA).
Also a member of the Sections of the NBA such as; SBL and SPIDEL and he has actively involved in their programs.
He has over the years built myself a reputation of service per excellence, hardwork and diligence to duty. He has always strived to do things differently with innovations.
In 2010, he had an analysis of earnings of young lawyers and discovered that one of the issues confronting young lawyers, was lack of savings culture and introduced with the approval of the executive committee a scheme called LEGAL SAVE INITIVE ENUGU NIGERIA for Lawyers in the branches of Enugu State.
He was given an award of excellence in recognition of Law entrepreneurship and consistency in legalsave initiative for lawyers.
As an Assistant Publicity Secretary 2016-2018, He took charge of the position of Publicity secretary for three months when there was a vacuum created by the disqualification of John Unachukwu the only candidate for the post of publicity secretary by ECNBA.
At the Lagos NBA/AGC, the publicity team exhibited capacity and diligence in sending sms to members sessions, time and venue.
Since 2012 till date he has sponsored young lawyers from his branch to NBA Annual conference as a result of his passion for the growth of young lawyers.
He believes the future of the Bar is in the hands of the young ones.
He’s sincere, accountable, obedient and transparent in dealing with people.
Chukwuemeka Mbamala Esq., Is an aspirant for the post of National Treasurer NBA.
He is a Christian, married to Christiana and the marriage is blessed with Children.
