Anah Memorial Colloquium; a yearly event aimed at creating a platform for salient conversations bordering on Legal Practice, Criminal Justice Administration, the Laws of Evidence and Human Rights.

“This event is in Memory of C. O. Anah, SAN (1935 – 2019), an accomplished lawyer and author whose years of practice and leadership in the Nigerian Bar contributed immensely to Nigerian Jurisprudence.

“It is designed to be a welcoming platform for lawyers to have conversations about the practice of law and its progressive evolution.

Lord Denning posed the question “What next in the Law?” As long as there is time and space, history and the future, we do not think this is a conversation that will ever end.

“The Law is a living philosophy, constantly metamorphosing to compliment changes in societal and human demands.

“We believe that by being deliberate about the evolution of the Law we can curate an environment that is favorable for respect for human rights and for growth and sustainable development.

“Do stay tuned as we bring you more details,” she added.
