Introduced in 2008, the Annual Business Luncheon (ABL) is an S. P. A. Ajibade & Co. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event directed at highlighting contemporary issues affecting the legal profession in Nigeria, with the intent of assisting in identifying workable and practical solutions to these problems.

Since its inception, it has indeed become an annual staple of the legal community and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in Nigeria.

Recall that in December 2020, the 13th Annual Business Luncheon which held virtually addressed the issue of regulation of the scale of charges for legal practice; and following this 2020 Luncheon, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) also revealed its plans to make recommendations on the regulation of charges by lawyers.
