As part of ongoing consultations on the forthcoming NBA National Elections for the position of 1st Vice President, Nigerian Bar Association, Soseipiriye Long Williams Esq, former Secretary, Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt Branch and penultimate Governor of the Eastern Bar Forum paid a most cherished visit to members of Nigerian Bar Association, Lagos Branch on St. Valentine Day, Wednesday 14th February, 2024.

The meeting which held at the temporary Secretariate of the Branch situate at the premises of the Nigerian Law School had in attendance the creme de la creme of the branch.
The meeting also hosted a lecture series as part of the continuing legal education of the NBA. The topic of the lecture was on Co-operative and was delivered by a renowned banker, Dami Odetola, Vice President, National Cooperative Bank, Arlington, Virginia,USA.
Issues of the benefits of Co-operative and it’s management was raised and discussed and Soseipiriye Long Williams Esq was an active participant at the lecture as the torny question of who manages a Cooperative was raised by him and a well detailed response was given by the guest lecturer.
Soseipiriye Long Williams Esq was also given the rare privilege of speaking to members of the branch where he consulted with the branch on his aspiration and he thereafter commended the branch for the opportunity and for a well organised and highly attended meeting.
Thereafter at the end of the meeting, a sumptuous Valentine Cocktail was held and indeed it was a blissful Valentine visit by Soseipiriye Long Williams Esq to Lagos Branch.
