Governor Chukwuma Soludo officially administered the oath of office to three new members of the Anambra State Judicial Service Commission during a ceremony held at the Government House in Awka. The newly appointed members are Dr. Ben Nwankwo, Dr. Ifeyinwa Obegolu, and Hon. Adol Ezeoke.

In his address, Governor Soludo emphasized the crucial role of the judiciary in upholding the rule of law and ensuring a fair and just society. He stated that the Judicial Service Commission plays a vital part in maintaining a transparent and effective justice system for the people of Anambra State (Ndị Anambra).

“The judiciary is the backbone of our democracy, and it is our responsibility to ensure that it functions optimally,” Governor Soludo said. “The Judicial Service Commission is tasked with the important duty of overseeing the appointment, promotion, and discipline of judicial officers in the state. I am confident that the new members will discharge their duties with integrity and dedication.”

Dr. Ifeyinwa Obegolu, speaking on behalf of the newly sworn-in members, expressed their gratitude to the governor for the opportunity to serve and pledged their commitment to fulfilling their mandate. “We are honored to be appointed to the Anambra State Judicial Service Commission and promise to work tirelessly to ensure that the judiciary in our state remains independent, impartial, and efficient,” she said.
