— Commends Affordable Housing Initiative for Lawyers and Staff

Senior legal practitioner, Sir Olatunji Salawu Esq, has inspected the ongoing construction at the FCDA Allocated Estate under the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme. During the visit, he commended the initiative for its commitment to providing affordable housing for lawyers and their staff.

Salawu, impressed by the progress, secured plots within the estate, further reinforcing confidence in the project. The estate, located beneath Galadimawa Hills, Abuja, is already built-up with a police station and several families residing within the community.

As part of a limited-time offer, a few plots are available at old prices for buyers who can make payments by February 28, 2025. A 50% deposit secures a plot, with the balance payable over two years. Additionally, facilitators and agents stand to earn 5% commission for successful referrals.

Interested buyers are invited for a site inspection on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 4 PM to 7 PM, with daily visits also available within the same timeframe. The meeting point and temporary entrance are at VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.

The estate’s accessibility is further enhanced by the Ketti-Kabusa Expressway, flagged off by the FCT Minister on December 5, 2025, with a six-month completion order.

Prospective investors are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to secure FCDA-approved plots with a high return on investment.
