The organisers of the Lawyers’ Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme have announced the extension of the ₦1 million Easter/Ramadan discount on available plots until tomorrow, May 4, 2026.

The extension follows the Workers’ Day holiday and is aimed at giving interested subscribers more time to take advantage of the discounted offer.
According to the organisers, a plot belonging to Sir Dr. Victor Arenyeka, Esq., is already set for construction into flats within the scheme, underscoring the development prospects of the project.
The scheme allows interested subscribers to secure a plot with a 50 per cent deposit, which also protects them from any future price increase.
The balance, according to the organisers, can be spread over two years through monthly instalments.
Subscribers are expected to acquire plots, build on them and obtain their Certificates of Occupancy.
The organisers stated that the offer is open not only to lawyers but also to non-lawyers who are interested in investing in the housing and land-banking project.
They also announced a five per cent facilitator’s fee for anyone who refers a subscriber to the scheme.
Interested persons have been invited for inspection and further allocations today, Sunday, May 3, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Monday, May 4, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The meeting point and temporary entrance for inspection is through the VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja.
