The Lawyers in Business Institute has announced a special “Ramadan and Easter ₦1 Million Discount” under its Mass-Housing and Land-Banking Scheme, with renowned legal practitioner Prof. Yemi Akinseye-George, SAN, listed among the latest allottees.

The initiative, targeted at members of the legal profession, is designed to encourage lawyers, particularly senior practitioners, to invest in housing development. Organisers say the scheme provides an opportunity for lawyers to build staff quarters or rental apartments, aimed at easing accommodation challenges faced by younger lawyers while also helping senior members diversify their income streams.

According to the organisers, more senior lawyers are being encouraged to participate in the scheme as part of a broader effort to promote legal entrepreneurship and financial sustainability within the profession.

The institute has also introduced a 5 percent facilitator’s fee for individuals who refer prospective subscribers to the scheme.

Prospective participants have been invited to attend site inspections and further allocations scheduled for Friday, March 13, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, March 14, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Sunday, March 15, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The meeting point and temporary entrance for the inspection exercise is through the VON/Trademore Estate Junction along Airport Road, Abuja.

The announcement was issued by Chief Silas E. Agbara, Esq, Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates, Secretary of the NBA National Legal Entrepreneurship Committee, and Administrator of the Lawyers in Business Institute.
