Sabastine Anyia has lauded the Chief Judge of Anambra, Justice Onochie M. Anyachebelu for the solemn assembly prayers made on behalf of the entire Judicial officers, including Magistrates and Presidents of Customary Court in the State.

The Chief Judge on Monday, led the entire Hon. Judges, Learned Magistrates, Presidents of Customary Courts and Staff of the Anambra State Judiciary in solemn assembly prayers at the Judiciary Headquarters, Awka.
The event which started at 12 noon was the first of its kind in Anambra State Judiciary and participants extolled the wisdom of the Chief Judge for calling for such gathering to pray and seek the face of God.
The worship was led by Venerable Dr. Chukwudi Osondu and Rev. Fr. Eloka Nwachukwu. The Chief Judge read the only Bible lesson during the solemn assembly which was taken from 2 Chronicles chapter 7 verses 13 – 15.
It will be recalled that the Anambra State Judiciary has suffered recently from the untimely death of some of her judicial officers. The dead judicial officers are Hon. Justice DOC Amaechina, Magistrate Ijeoma Arinze, Magistrate George Nwabachili and Magistrate Stella Ezeaputa. Two of them are yet to be buried.
