The publication will appear in successive volumes, each offering materials, principles, arguments, drafts and precedents on selected areas of practice in civil litigation.
The first volumes have been released, titled:
1. Disputing Court’s Jurisdiction in Civil Litigation
2. Enforcement Procedures of Judgements and Orders of Courts
3. Motions, Injunctions and Pre-Emptive Remedies in Civil Litigation
Each volume provides practical guide with precedents that lawyers can adapt and use in their own cases. The aim is to create a comprehensive resource guide, examining all the key areas in civil litigation practice.
