The course will also take a practical and pragmatic look at the practical issues surrounding the mechanics of power project financing including using Excell Worksheets.

The Course will be led by Dr Ayodele Oni, Partner Bloomfield Solicitors and Mr Matthew Wood, Head of Africa Practice Group at the International Law Firm Ashurst LLP, UK.
