The price of plots in the FCDA Abuja Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme is set to increase by almost 100%, with the new rates taking effect on February 7, 2025.

In anticipation of the price adjustment, Chief M.N. Duru SAN is among the latest individuals to secure plots in the ongoing scheme.

For those wishing to take advantage of the current rates, a 50% deposit will shield buyers from the price increase, with the balance payable over a two-year period.

Interested parties can call or chat at 08060266163 or 08067456723 for more information. Additionally, you can earn a 5% facilitator’s/agency fee by referring someone to the scheme.

The next site visit is scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
