“POLICE AND THE REMOVAL OF CLOTHES OF A SUSPECT IN DETENTION; WHAT THE LAW SAYS” Often times, once a suspect is brought into a police station for detention all his clothes are taken away from him, leaving such suspect with only his pant. My authority is section 9(1)(b) of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015 and similar laws across the states in Nigeria. #CriminalJusticeMonday #DailyLawTips #SabiLaw #LearnNigerianLaws NOTE: Sharing or modifying or publishing this publication without giving credit to Onyekachi Umah, Esq. and “LearnNigerianLaws.com” is a criminal breach of copyright and will be prosecuted.
