I write with joy to convey my warmest greetings to the Governor, S. LONGWILLIAMS, Esq. and the entire members of the Governing Council of the EASTERN BAR FORUM, as they convene in Owerri today to meet with all NBA aspirants of the EBF extraction.

As we gather to chart a positive path for the Forum in the forthcoming Bar elections, it’s my prayer that God would grant the Council and all of us, the wisdom to take those decisions necessary for the sustenance of the Forum’s admirable unity and strength.
