Recall that on ‎Hon. Justice Tsoho of Federal High Court Abuja 27th March, 2017, declared Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Constitution null and void. Delivering judgement in the suit brought by Olasupo Ojo against the Incorporated Trustees of NBA, the court held that the amended constitution breached sections 597 and 598 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), especially as it relates to the registration of the amended constitution.
