This was made in a notice dated 1st June, 2018 signed by the Justice Adejumo and made available to TheNigerialawyer (TNL). The vacation exercise is line with Order 58 Rule 4 (2) of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2017, and all other powers enabling the president. Note that there will be no Court sitting during the period except for urgent applications, where the res of a case may be destroyed if not heard by a vacation Judge, only.
