 The Institution of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators has released a notification signed by its Registrar, Aisha Ado Abdullahi on the eligibility criteria for members who wish to be appointed into the body of the prestigious ICMC ODR PANEL OF NEUTRALS. The four criteria includes;

• Must be “Full Member” Status Cadre.
• Must be up to date with the annual dues inclusive of 2022.
• Must have sat in and managed at least one mediation case within the last two years and show proof.
• Must have attended an AGM within the past 3 years (virtual attendance will count).

The notification also included an explanation as to the process of application which involved sending a maximum one – page professional profile. And that this profile should show your branch and what AGM you attended within the last 3 years. The application is to be sent to icmccpd@gmail.com, on or before Tuesday, May 31^st, 2022.

The notification went to establish that it was a prerequisite that those selected will take special ICMC ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR) Certification training course before their formal appointment and official inauguration.
