This is pursuant to the ‘Notice of amendment of the Nigerian Bar Association’ 2015 Constitution’ dated 29th of June 2018 and received at the NBA National Secretariat on the same day, I hereby give you notice of proposed amendment to the Nigerian Bar Association Constitution 2015, amended and adopted at the Annual General Meeting held in Abuja on 27th August, 2015. The proposed amendment is hereby attached to this Notice. TAKE NOTICE that the Motion for the Proposed Amendment which seeks to amend the Nigerian Bar Association Constitution 2015, amended and adopted at the Annual General Meeting of the NBA held in Abuja on 27th August, 2015, shall be heard on Thursday, August 30, 2018 during the Annual General Meeting which shall take place at the International Conference Centre, Abuja at 9 am. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that only the financial members in good standing present and in attendance during the Annual General Meeting shall be entitled to vote.
