The Award reviews and analyses the various landmark commercial deals across the various sectors of the Nigerian economy and honours outstanding law firms and legal professionals in Nigeria and in the Diaspora who have contributed to the successful execution of the deals.
The award reflects pre-eminence in key transactions, practice areas, and achievements over a period of 18 months, including notable work, strategic growth, excellence in client service, and contribution to the legal profession at large.

To ensure credibility, informed analysis of the various deals, we have appointed leading general counsel and business leaders with vast experience in their chosen sectors and across the various sectors as judges.
The in depth research of our team, various interviews with references supplied and the insightful analysis and decision of the judging panel makes this award most sought-after unique in the history of the Nigerian business Community.
