The Governing of NBA YLF has entered into a partnership with the Centre for Law and Business to organize a training in the fundamentals of Marketing for the 21et Century Lawyer.

This was made known in a notice signed by the Chairman of YLF, Tobi Adebowale.

According to the notice, the training is scheduled for Thursday, 30th of January, 2020.

Centre for Law and Business in Partnership with the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum Presents Training on the Fundamentals of Marketing for the 21st Century Lawyer

The Governing Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Young Lawyers Forum (NBA-YLF) has secured a partnership with the Centre for Law and Business (CLB) on a subsidized training for young Lawyers with the theme ‘’The Fundamentals of Marketing for the 21st Century Lawyer’’ scheduled for Thursday, 30th day of January, 2020.

In furtherance of the partnership between the NBA YLF and CLB, the training on the Fundamentals of Marketing for the 21st Century Lawyer which ordinarily attracts a fee of N20,000 will now be offered to Young Lawyers at the discounted rate of N5,000.

The Course will equip Young Lawyers with the relevant knowledge and skills related to:

1. Practical ways to create and implement a simple and effective marketing plan within the ambits of the Rules for Professional Conduct;
2. Rightly applying marketing as a tool for profitability and sustainability of legal practice;
3. The place of etiquette and professional ethics in building a personal or corporate brand and identity; and
4. Basic marketing skills for creating a unique identity in the legal profession.

The Course is designed to be of benefit to all Young Lawyers, including but not limited to lawyers in all sizes of law firms, new wigs, sole practitioners, in-house counsel and Young Lawyers planning to establish their own law firms.
