*Says This Year’s Conference Is No Different In Exposing Lawyers To Emerging Areas Of Law
*Commends Leadership Of SLP For What He Tagged ‘A Wonderful And Beneficial Idea’

The Nigerian Bar Association- Section on Legal Practice is one of the pivotal programmes by the NBA to advance one of its core objectives of Continuing Legal Education.

As a result of the overriding importance of Lawyers’ continuing education, the Executive organ of the NBA has introduced this all important section with statutory flavour into the Lawyers’ operational modus to ensure that every Lawyer is compulsorily engaged in cross-fertilization of ideas annually, through the NBA-SLP Annual Conference.

This year’s theme:
”Legal Practice in Nigeria: Our Reality, Our Future”, is apposite, intuitive and in consonance with the thoughts and aspirations of Legal Practitioners in Nigeria.

From the topics of the various sessions and the array of resource persons in this year’s conference, there is no doubt that Lawyers will be exposed to novel and emerging fields of law. Participants will, as a matter of fact, be availed of the opportunity of becoming multi-faceted and more impactful to the Legal Profession and the Society at large.

I wish to commend and congratulate the Leadership of the SLP for the wonderful idea of putting up such a rich and purposeful programme at a time when the benefits of same would be highly and majorly reaped by Lawyers.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my views on this year’s NBA-SLP Annual Conference.

Long Live NBA-SLP!
Long Live NBA National!
Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!
