The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced that its Annual General Conference (AGC) for 2024 will hold in Lagos State between August 23rd to 30th.

This decision was made at the recent National Executive Council meeting of the lawyers’ body held on December 22nd, 2023 in Abuja.
In a statement signed by the National Assistant Publicity Secretary, Charles Ajiboye Esq., the NBA described Lagos as having the required logistics and facilities to host the large gathering of lawyers from across the world.
With the theme “Lawyers and Nation Building”, AGC 2024 promises to surpass the phenomenal success recorded at the 2023 edition in terms of attendance, quality of speakers and events.
Plans are already underway by the Planning Committee headed by Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau SAN to deliver a world-class conference for legal practitioners. Registration details and full program will be announced in due course.
