The NBA Nnewi Branch Election Committee has successfully concluded the election of the Branch on 26th day of June, 2020 which saw the emergence of Kingsley Awuka as the new Chairman of the Branch.

The election result dated 26th day of June, 2020 and which was made available to TheNigeriaLawyer, was jointly signed by the Committee Chairman, Nwogugu Chikaodili, the Secretary, Ezugha U.C and three other members, Mrs. Okwy Igwegbe, J.N Obi and Ebere A. Okoye-Igwilo.
However, in the just-concluded election, only the offices of Chairman and Welfare Secretary were contested while others were unopposed.
Meanwhile, it was noted that Kingsley Awuka pulled 74 votes to defeat A A Igwebuike who had 3 votes to emerge as the Branch Chairman, while S A Ezugwu pulled 71 votes to defeat P. I. Akabuogu who had 4 votes to emerge as the Welfare Secretary.
Meanwhile, all the elected officials are Awuka Kingsley, Chairman, Obah Obinna N., Vice Chairman, Igwegbe Chinedu D., Secretary, Onedibe Emmanuel E., Assistant Secretary, Igwe Uchenna P., Social Secretary, Okaro Amara G., Treasurer and Ezugwu Solomon A., Welfare Secretary.
Finally, the elected officials had been sworn in by Mr. Ike Obeta,Esq., who happened to be the most senior member of the Branch and a notary public that was present at the election.
