NBA Constitutes Caretaker Committee For Akure

The President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), has constituted a Caretaker Committee for Akure Branch to pilot the affairs of the Branch.

This is contained in a circular to all members of the Branch made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL)

Members of the Caretaker Committee are Chief Anthony A. Adeniyi, Chief Francis Omotoso and
Prince Lawrence Kayode Dare

CONSTITUTION OF CARETAKER COMMITTEE FOR AKURE BRANCH

Following the expiration of the tenure of the Executive Committee of Akure Branch of the NBA on4th June, 2020 the President, Paul Usoro, SAN has constituted a Caretaker Committee to handle the affairs of the Branch in line with Article 11 of the Uniform Bye-Laws for Branches for a period of three (3) months.

The Caretaker Committee may co-opt such members as it deems necessary. The Committee is composed of the following:

Chief Anthony A. Adeniyi
Chief Francis Omotoso
Prince Lawrence Kayode Dare

Members of the Branch are advised to cooperate with the Caretaker committee as it pilots in the interim, the affairs of the Branch.
