With about seven days to the National elections of the Nigerian Bar Association, candidates have continued to receive endorsements from friends, well wishers and Bar Leaders as their campaigns near its climax.

Very recently, a Candidate for the Office of General Secretary of the Association, Adesina Adegbite, has received the endorsement of notable lawyers including renowned Rights Activist, Femi Falana SAN, Former Deputy Director General of the Nigerian Law School, Prof. Ernest Ojukwu SAN as well as Folakemi Jegede, the Managing Partner of Piquancy Solicitors.
In their respective endorsements, they all agreed that Adesina Adegbite (popularly known as AA) has the requisite ability and skillset to efficiently manage the NBA’s Secretariat.
According to Ojuku: .

Making his remarks on AA’s Candidacy, Femi Falana SAN wrote:

With his current aspiration to serve the Bar as the National Secretary, I have no doubt in my mind that he will bring these exceptional qualities and his wealth of experience forward and the National Bar will benefit quite immensely from his astuteness.”
To league of endorsements for AA further expanded when Folakemi Jegede in an open endorsement described him as a man who cares so much about the legal profession
He said:
“My close encounter with AA was during his tenure as the NBA, National welfare. I was able to see a man that is sold out to serve people and doesn’t compromise on excellence. He is someone that doesn’t discriminate whether you are a male or female but works only on competence.
A man that cares so much about the legal profession and is very enthusiastic about the excellent administration of the Bar.
AA is not just a man that speaks but delivers more than he says because he is a person of integrity. He is the most suited for the office of General Secretary and I do not have any reservations, in endorsing and recommending him to you, my seniors and colleagues, as the candidate worthy of your vote.”
