The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has fixed 24th – 26th of August for the conduct of its 2020 Annual General Conference.

The e-flyer made available to TheNigeriaLawyer (TNL) shows that the conference shall be held virtually (online)

According to the flyer, details of registration will be released soon

TNL recalls that NBA President, Paul Usoro, SAN, had given reason why the 60th Annual General Conference will be done virtually aside from the usual physical Conference that has been held for over 59 years.

He said the conference will be held virtually due to the measures that have been taken by the government to contain the spread of Covid-19 including social distancing and prohibition of a large gathering.
